My son Ben made his first solo flight in my dad's '41 Deluxe on July 8th. He is the third generation of the Baker family to fly this airplane. Now to get his Private finished up in between school and work.

Congratulations Ben!
You're already ahead of most pilots.... you know what your feet are for! No frise ailerons, no differential ailerons, no rudder interconnect, springs, weights or any other artificial assist, just your hands and feet connected to the flight controls. No better experience for a new pilot. Well done!Scott
