Tcrafters, to requote Forrest above, don't yank and lift on the outboard wings. You will over stress the wing past what it was designed for. You are using a 18 foot lever on a 750 lb object, it will move and move a lot.
If you need to rock the aircraft only do so at the outboard strut to...

Aircraft Spruce has them in the catalog. I cannot verify if they will work with the stem holes in Shinn wheels.

Buyer beware, those outer halves are serverly dented. If they are not cracked (might be albe to weld them) you need to ensure that the dents have not created a bent outer face. If the outer face which has the wheel bearing race is not parallel to the inner face the bearings will be mis-aligned.
