    Oshkosh 2022

Anyone else going? I'll be there camping. Last year (2021) the borders were closed and in 2020 there was no event at all, so it's a special trip for me.

Dr. Tim said he'll be in the area but is not sure when.

It'll be good to meet up. We'll be in the same general area.

Plan on being there the 26th and 27th. Taking the family for the first time (for them). Would love to meet you!

For anyone meeting up with Rob at Oshkosh be advised that the Brits eat some strange food. Got a recipe from an English friend for Strawberries.

Take a punnet of strawberries and halve them, dust with icing sugar and pile cream on top.

Normally I love strawberries but pile cream tastes disgusting!

              You have been warned!

              Hank ;-)

That's so funny, Hank! My Godmother (still extant) used to grow and supply strawberries to the Wimbledon Tennis tournament...she made a fortune!

Fortunately, the cream piled on top was not as you suggest!

I'm going to be able to make it Monday morning thru Wed evening or Thur morning. I'm down a magneto so can't bring 39911 but will be flying up with a friend, camping wherever they put us.
Hope to see all of you there.

Hope everyone at Osh already made it through today's weather unscathed.

I'll be there Monday if the weather forcast holds.

For anyone who is interested let’s have an impromptu gathering at the Baker Taylorcraft at 1:30 Thursday afternoon. The airplane is located in row 61. That is three rows south of the vintage building.
