Hi Bob, I've not yet cut them out (perhaps I should!). I planned the placement of the rings to allow standard domed covers, but I always pre-drill holes through the spring steel strap (and of course clearance holes through the dome itself.

This allows for sixe 4 self-tapping screws to clamp the cover on, and prevent slipping / vibrating in the propwash.

So I have talked to a local machinist, gave him the drawings and he is looking at what knurling wheels he has. If it works out, we will have an opportunity to have a few more owner produced parts. He can also do the pulleys. More to come. Tim

Material is ordered for more screws and barrels, I still need to make the tooling to build the pulleys. Tim

Looking at the date of the post i assume im way too late to the game, but asking anyways…..Any trim screws/barrels left?. Assuming not, would your machinist contact be interested in making any more, maybe there is enough interest from the group to make another batch?

I am still working on getting the machinist to get these done.

I have one done for my airplane, groove is correct taper and depth. I have the ability to do more for those in need. I probably may not post this on FB, too much dramatic experts there

                        I'll take one.
Do you have any screws made up too?
