    Hi Tom,

    Its just my opinion.

Someday I may disagree with it.

I can't guarantee it is correct I can only guarantee that it is my opinion as of today.

We all have to do what we think is right. That's the best we can hope for.

You have made some good points.

I kinda agree with drude, yes it is a discussion forum, but there are plenty of other areas on here to discuss anything you want. Obviously if you have something relevant to a particular part or airplane listed for sale, that's perfectly fair to comment and discuss within this forum page, but I think its rather discourteous to drift an OP's for sale listing, and obviously it is not always understood or appreciated. That being said, unless the mods make and enforce a rule about this, common sense and courtesy must be used, and I'm sure is greatly appreciated.

So back to the OP; Roy, your airplane sounds like it could be a good one, $15k for an 85hp sounds like a great buy, but please provide more info re. the age and type of fabric, times, prop specs, etc and post some pix when you get a chance.

I am the one who is most sorry! I asked my wife of 48 years to read it to see if I over reacted. She told me that I was a ....MORON enough said. I will continue to enjoy all the great post on taylorcraft and keep my mouth shut in the future. Again I am truly sorry. Roy

You guys failed to notice that almost every person on here is a moron at some time or another? That gets you todays moron award! Enjoy it, you will be passing it to another one of us by tomorrow. ;-)

We don't sweat small problems or insults to each other here. Just blame it on communication through the internet instead of face to face.

Well put hank, there is a lot of communication lost through typed words.

                Roy,
I think toms a great guy and i know he would not take offense to an easy mistake. I read it the same way you did the first time but I had missed a couple of posts and had to re-read to know what airplane he was really talking about. Easy mistake.

If these guys gave me the boot everytime I stuck my foot in my mouth on here I probably would've been banned from the site at least a dozen times by now, lol.

Roy, I didn't take your post as a personal attack. I knew it was a simple misunderstanding. That is why I went on to explain it in my first reply. Tom
