Does your fuselage have flap handle? If so they are way different, they also have the big gas tanks, BC and f19 were 6 gallons. If you were to build a set from scratch, it will take a lot of work because there are almost no parts available because they built almost no f22's built. There was a set of flap linkage for sale on here a few years ago, the owner was price higher than I could afford, he wanted 1500 for the brackets and linkage because he was converting his to an experimental...shrug
Yes, the BC12&F19 wings are the same. The F22 is a totally different animal, it has big tanks, like 18 gallons per side, and flaps. If you have a true F22, there should not be provisions for a header tank either. Did you get a dynafocal engine mount with it? Please post pics of the airframe, maybe we can spot differences between it and other post war models. Tim
Well Paul, I see a 65 style header tank it does not have the boat style indicator and a sealed cap. F-22 would have wing tanks only from what I have seen, you would also have toe brakes with cast aluminum pedals from the one drawing I used to have, I think you have a mix of parts or at least some of an F-21/22 or later with some early parts grafted onto the airframe? The instrument panel is an early one with what looks like an A7 magneto switch. I have not figured out what brakes you have, seems like they are hydraulic calipers with some type of heel brake actuator, are they mounted on straight axle shaft gear? I don't know what the tab is for. Hopefully someone else can chime in, maybe an antenna mount?
That is not an F-22 fuselage. Everything up front is wrong. Shouldn't have heel brakes, header tank, or that instrument panel. The door jambs or wrong for F-22, they are wider. Should also have a more conventional style seat like a 150 too. Start looking for the serial number on the door hinge.

it is listed experimental, so it looks like i am the proud owner of a bit of a mutt. the seller called it a F22 so i went with it. i like it all the same. It did come with a 0235 mount. The big thing is get the wings done and fitted,. i will check on the serial number on the hinge areas. is there a specific location that is more apt to have the number?
thanks again, you have all shown a keen eye and knowledge of the Taylorcraft
thanks
