The connector that works on the C-26 unshielded plug will work on the identical unshielded connector of the M41E. They are both unshielded and the M41E is totally interchangeable with the C-26. Trust me. Google "Champion M41E Spark Plugs" and find some pictures. You will...-

The Continental 65 in my Tcraft has C-26 spark plugs which have what I would call an automotive connector, not threaded. (tried to insert a picture but couldn't figure out how). What is an AN661 connector?

No harness change required. The M41E is an unshielded plug just like the C-26. Both use the same AN661 (?) connector. Been there and done that on my '41 DeLuxe.
