Not sure why the value would reduce $5K if you don't have sealed ones as they could be installed for much less than that. Guess it depends on what the buyer wants. Had the ones I put on tested... they were like new inside.... sorry you have had such a bad time but sounds from your posts like you come by it honest. Good struts are good struts... and I won't live long enough to make up the difference. Also taking you struts off once every 4 years let you inspect the fittings which as we all know do wear out. So in my case better to be safe then cause yet another dumb AD1946 BC12-D N44178
