If it's the brakes I have a 2009 Field Approval for as of yet installed Cessna 150 hydraulic brake system. Uses Cleveland P/N 40-47A wheels and P/N 30-63A brakes. Modifies tops of rudder pedals and installs C-150 rudder pedals. Installs C-150 masters per C-150 P&M manuals. Grove w&b were later used instead.
I have copies of another for N44131 plus pictures of the installation using C-150 components and straight axle adapter.

taylorcraft used cessna pedals on the f-21 and that install looks similar with exception to the pedals. Pedals are used on several different aircraft. the master cylinder mount on the F-21 is just a piece 90* angle welded to top of the tubes forward of the rudder pedals with tabs to hold the bottom of the MC's
