Does any one know the part numbers of the Eisman Mag points and condensers of the A-65 variety? Does Fresno still have any available ?

Points (they call them breakers) are PN H27-149 for the LA, H-24-880 for the AM (platinum), H24-104 for the Tungsten AM. The condenser is H24-924. Check your coil carefully. They are really hard to find good ones. Still hoping we can locate the guy in England who was rewinding them. Don't throw ANY bad parts away!!!!! We can use them to build up junk Mags to use as cores for Slicks since they just crush them anyway. Plus core coils could get really nice to have if we fine the guy in England! I have lots of junk parts and will gladly accept any more junk to provide folks a core to trade in. Just need to make them COMPLETELY junk before I send them. I wouldn't even put a usable screw or nut on a mag going to the junk yard. DON'T TRASH THE PARTS!!!

Some old engine and machinery parts guys have mag parts for eisemann . One I have dealt with is bransonenterprises.com. Sent him a check in the mail and tried to call him, plus e-mail and no response. Figured I got took but to my surprise a week or two latter my parts showed up. NOS Eisemann parts. This took place this past winter.

Hank and others: I have many Eisemann used parts and some new ones but no new breaker points. The platinum ones last forever so never throw any of them away! I have never thrown any Eisemann parts away and may even have some serviceable coils since I put all new ones in 4 mags I "repaired" a couple of years ago. But, I spent so much time doing those repairs that I won't take them on again because even though I charged very little for the many hours I spent, my one of my customers was so unhappy with the cost that I never did get the total payment thus I was out the cost of the new coils he got.
Yes, Fresno is still in business and I had good relations with them when I was buying parts. They discontinued their Trade-A-Plane full page ad and now have a web site that you can google and find. Their website does not list near all the parts they have so one needs to call them and best to have the part numbers. They still sell the overhaul manual and the parts manual.
I flew behind Eismann mags for 48 years, first in my T-Craft and then in my Stinson until changing it to a Lycoming O-360 in 2012. Eisemann mags are much easier to repair than the Bendix variety and more reliable than either Slicks or Bendix. Just my opinion based on my experiences.
