Had to pull a cylinder and the baffle that goes between the cylinders is pretty much useless. Any info on where to get one--if that is at all possible.

    Re: inter-cylinder baffle

Just put a cylinder on a C-85 this afternoon, if you are the least bit handy with sheet metal, it appears to be quite easily made, gary

Probably the easiest part to make. Prior post showed the dimensions. Don't be afraid to use your hand to make the curve fit tight to the fins. Great first metal project. You will get addicted to replacing the beat up baffling on your engine.

Make it tight and it will keep it cool!

OK Tim thanks for that reference--just what I needed. Pretty sure I had it on my old computer as I recognize it. Old computer major crash boom about a year ago. Thanks you other guys I believe I did make some replacements for my first BC12 way back, long long time ago.

Little tidbit I came across in the A65 manual. The inter-cylinder baffle leaves a gap between the baffle and the crankcase. There is a "summeriation kit" which consists of two tabs that are attached to the baffles to fill up the gap, directing the air through the fins instead.

I decided to just incorporate the summerization into the baffles:

Hey Scott, my prewar also has an intercylinder baffle on top of the cylinders too, but I am not sure if that was original or not. I think it was but I have not seen another one like it. Tim
