Re: So how many of you

To be honest I have not been looking at stuff, except to see what is posted.

Please keep posting, because when I do need something it will be one of the first places I look.

Thanks for the time you are spending to post the information.

I have had the same feeling on one or two posts of mine over the years. No one comments and I start feeling rejected... And then someone says something nice, the sun comes out, and i figure I will keep posting things once in a while.

I appreciate you posting these reference documents. I have snatched copies of a few for quick reference.
Thank You for very useful contribution! I look forward any others you may choose to contribute.

I keep a file for the Taylorcraft on my Mac's hard drive. In it is every document of importance relating to the plane (SB's, AD's, 337's, TCDS, STC's, info on installed components, manuals, etc.). Several of Tim's have been downloaded and copied there. I use it frequently and it's available for my mechanic. It's a big segregated storage dump for items I refer to for many of my toys and equipment.

Same here. There have been several I didn't have in my files and I made permanent copies for my files. Didn't make comment because i thought we were keeping this thread clean with only the data. It is VERY useful information and much appreciated!

                            Hi Tim-
I also downloaded a copy of the Continental Service Bulletin on torque values. I am always looking for that, and it is nice to have in one paper.

Speaking of papers, are you working on a dissertation? Whats the topic and degree? I am getting ready to start the dissertation process at Texas A&M.

Re: So how many of you

It was good of Tim to post the service bulletins. A word of caution to anyone using them. TCM occasionally updates the service bulletins, for example the torque value SB, SB96-7C is now 96-7D as of 8-11-2015. The FAA wants you to use the most current version, ask me how I know (as of 8-13-2015)! All the current bulletins are on TCM's website www.tcmlink.com, under support material.
