Looks like the bungees will be mailed out as soon as the manufacturer finishes and Chuck picks them up. This brings us to the "NEXT STEP". Putting the things SAFELY on our planes. For those who have never done it, these bungees can be VERY dangerous! There is a TREMENDOUS amount of energy in a stretched bungee. It is a really BAD way to add a skylight to your plane or worse to fit into a shorter coffin.
That said, how about those who already HAVE the bungee tool post here so we can coordinate where they are and buy more tools by region. We can then coordinate "bungee parties" where we can get together as groups and do multiple planes. There are evidently some more tools available from Dave Rude, but it would be a shame if multiple ones ended up in one area and none in another. If there isn't one CLOSE to south east Virginia I WANT ONE, but lets make sure each region has at least one close.
If you have a tool, please post here and I will set up a map and put pins in for where they are (I am high tech at work, but at home it is an old road atlas and pins).
