Re: Aircraft Tech Support... Please Read!!

I say keep the thread up...

He had every right to go public the moment he was hung up on with one side shutting down a resolution.

It also serves as a marker in time for the business to take notice and refine their skills or to create a downward spiral

I can understand the possible hurt feelings by the owner in losing a sale to a much larger commercial outfit...That is life in business and if you are not giving effort to grow you are declining. There is no middle ground to just maintain.

This thread was also very good because it brought up a side note that spoke to the commitment to customer and quality. Receiving multiple unmarked cans..This has huge consequences down the line and 5 minutes saved in there shop will cause hrs-yrs of frustration for another. also the lack of resolve in the situation became the second marker in time describing this company.

It seems as everything here was presented unbiased and looking for help?

    Thank you to all

People need to grow a spine and speak up when someone is wronged! I know I've changed vendors more than once because of customer service, and I suspect I will again in the future. I've never done any business with these people, and if it was just you complaining, I'd be wondering just what the deal was...but it itsn't just you. That being said, there seems to be lots of people that they have treated fine, so who knows just what happened?
Thanks for posting and bringing it all to the attention of everyone!

Re: Aircraft Tech Support... Please Read!!

It was implied that this should be hushed up and not mentioned to anyone else.... I say BS! When someone pulls something, people have a right to know. I get so tired of everyone not wanting to hear/say anything bad about someone... no matter what it may cost others down the road. If someone steps on your toe, stand up and let them KNOW! Don't pretend it didn't happen or keep it to yourself. It does both parties and all others that may do business with them in the future, a bit of good. Maybe if this gets around, Mr Miller will think twice next time he has a bad day and hangs up on someone. (I'm assuming that's what happened.... I don't know the guy...never did business there) This isn't an isolated case by any means...I've seen posts on many sites that are somewhat similar.... but hiding it certainly wont help anyone! Kevin tried to handle this privately...repeatedly, from what he says...and it wasn't to be, so why not let everyone within earshot know? Being nice to people should be rewarded...but so should NOT being nice... just rewarded the opposite direction. I guess I'm strange, but I feel that if people worried a lot less about pointing out someone wronging them, we'd have a much better world...but the "politically correct" way to handle things seems to be to keep quiet and roll over one more time.......... sorry, not gonna happen here.
I'm so far behind, I think I'm ahead
