I won't be bale to get to AirVenture again this year (Work is REALLY getting in the way of fun!)
I am going through lots of parts and papers on my plane and hope to find all the "stuff" on the engraving this weekend so I can put together a list of who was interested. I will put you on the potential interested list. I still have them all, just been overwhelmed with work lately.

Finally got the new placards for the 41 engraved (still several more to go but this is the next set).

The guys who asked before for the compass logos get first shot at those but the "Do not Exceed 140 MPH" plates and mag switch plates are $8 each plus mailing.

I made the stainless fuel cut off clip for one of the tribe and need to do another to see what the cost will be (his was a prototype so he only owes the postage).


The compass logos will run $20 each. We learned a LOT about how to do these placards with the compass logos!


First photo is of the logos with the original on the left and copy on the right. Second is of the stainless fuel clip on my panel as a test fit. Last one shows the clip again (hard to see) and the mag switch plate with the key in the switch. I haven't mounted a key into the lever switch yet and wanted to make sure I could still use a plain key if I ever misplaced the lever switch! Sorry for the focus on the last one. Kind of tight in there that way for someone as big as I am.

I need to make a couple more of them to find out what they cost to make. Of course you know these are just for display or experimental planes, right? ;-)

I would like one of each of the new placards you have made if I'm not too late. Put me on the list for any that are still coming. My '41 doesn't seem to have any of them. Two of the ones for the wing tank valves.
