Univair has new springs available.

I talked directly to Univair salesman. The leaf spring attach clamp is for Piper, not Taylorcraft (p/n U30531-000) measured hole to hole at 2.6 inches. Most likely for the "wide"springs rather than the "narrow" springs. Can't risk $33 for a wrong part. Perhaps Mike can elaborate on this.

Order the leaf springs, and make the clamp to fit.
