I talked directly to Univair salesman. The leaf spring attach clamp is for Piper, not Taylorcraft (p/n U30531-000) measured hole to hole at 2.6 inches. Most likely for the "wide"springs rather than the "narrow" springs. Can't risk $33 for a wrong part. Perhaps Mike can elaborate on this.

Order the leaf springs, and make the clamp to fit.

Do you have tailwheel leaf spring assembly and bracket. Wheel not needed.

I found it. Well, most of it. I have the three, long spring steel pieces. I don't have the short 1.5" piece that goes up front. If Mike is unable to help you out, you can have these.
