Appears to be a fair price, in my opinion. A pity there are not two of them. But that one seems to have the original "long" castellated nuts, which adds value. Condition appears reasonable, from the photos.

Replacing the bearings will cost a bit too (and DO replace the bearings).

If I were in the USA, I'd buy that wheel.
