If it is for Taylorcraft Ithinkbyou also need it to be indented to make room for the mount...I thought I read that anyway from someone else looking

Its not a normal kidney tank for a Taylorcraft unless you have the long mount. The short mount is different. Tim

Tim, I thought I had read that and looked like the one I have off is indented.

The shout mount tank has the dent, the long mount can clear in some installations with a regular tank. I know the O-200 big 6 quarts clear the long mount and the C-90 had either a small or big tank that would fit only the long mount.

I have like 5 tanks, the one I have with a dent to clear the short mount looks like a golf ball, I would not dare sell it. The others are short necks. Maybe someone else on here will have a good one.

I have a short neck tank that I was getting ready to list on barnstormer. It was an extra from hanging the new motor a year ago. Shoot me a PM if you are interested and I can get you some more pictures etc.

Yes I believe so. It had the same dimple area as the tank I used on my C85. (I reused the tank I had from my a65 because it was a long neck with a speed drain I trusted already on it.) But I test fit both and they both seemed to work. My c85 is also on a short mount.
