What is the best diameter and pitch prop for a Swick T with an O-360 ?

Try getting in touch with Eric Minnis Bully Aviation. Also I believe Randy Henderson uses a 0360 in his Texas T cart Air Show Plane.... I would call him for sure .

M&T composite adjustable...one from a Husky or aerobatic would be good, best of both worlds an light weight.

        MT, rather than M&T?

I have flown a clip wing with a C-90. It has had 3 different props (69-76 inches) on it, and there is not a bunch of difference between them. The most important thing is to pick a propeller that allows the engine to turn up and develop its power.

I'm running a sensenich 76-56 on a o-360 in my Acro Sport II and am really happy with it. Lot of RPM and pull power for aerobatics. Cruise at 120 MPH. Not bad for a bi-plane. Taylorcraft would have less drag and cruise should be just alittle more I would think. It should give you good verticle performance. That's my opinion.

I believe Eric told me a 76-56 should work good if I use a metal prop. I have also heard the new Sensinich composite fixed pitch props may be worth looking into. I like Catto props for sure. Only problem I have with the MT is money and weight. The engine is a pumped up O-360. The engine mount is shorter than any Swick T, atleast it was the shortest Mike Swick knew of when he designed the mount for my Dad, but I'm still trying to take a little weight off the front end where I can. This Taylorcraft is a sister ship to Mike Swick's personal T-Craft he built with the Elliptical wing tips.
