Re: N95770
Best thing is to use this thread as a log of your rebuild. Post LOTS of pictures and ask questions. the guys here will kick in with information, available parts and advice like nothing you have ever seen. These guys love to look at what others are doing and will spot all kinds of minor (and major) details to address in a restoration. This is a great community that loves to help.

Re: N95770
Thanks, I took pictures of a Taylorcraft that is being restored at Flabob airport, in Riverside, Ca. Where else can i go for additional pictures, allreay learned that no two are alike? yikes! Have a Master of Art degree in psychology, no degree or experience in aircraft restoring!

Re: N95770
Michael,
Go to Columbia, CA the first weekend in June 1st-3rd. That is the date of this years annual Taylorcraft fly-in there. If you are in Stockton, it is not far. Everyone camps near the west end of the GRASS runway.Richard Pearson

Re: N95770
Welcome to the group Mike. You can always count on these guys to help with anything taylorcraft and even a few things unrelated. If we don't know the answer we will find it....or make one up that will work...just kiddin. Also, I think its great that you are doing this with the kids, not as much of that going on anymore and there needs to be more kids doing more in aviation.Kevin Mays
