  • With apoligies to the left :-)

Bill Clinton, Joe Biden and Barack Obama go into a bar.

Bill tells the barkeeper, "I'll have a B and C."

Obama whispers, "What is a B and C?"

"That's a bourbon and Coke," Clinton answers.

    Then Biden orders, "I'll have a G and T."

    Obama again whispers, "What's a G and T?"

"A gin and tonic," Joe replies.

Obama wants to seem like he's one of the guys so he tells the barkeeper, "I'll have a 15."

    Now it's the bartender's turn to ask, "What's a 15?"

    Obama says, "A 7 and 7."
"I'm from the FAA and we're not happy, until your not happy."

Its possible, just possible, that you confused Obama with the former president who graduated from Yale with barely a C average. The current President won a scholarship to Columbia and went on to Harvard Law School where he was head of the Harvard Law Review. (In other words at the top of his class.) John McCain, who ran against Obama ,graduated at the bottom of his class at Annapolis and would probably have been thrown out if his father had not been an Admiral.JC

Just do what I did and substitute your least liked leader before passing it on.

How about: ...Obama wants to seem like one of the guys so he says, " I'm buying guys."

The bartender says, "That will be $5,000."

Obama, unblinking, reaches for his billfold and says, "Can You take a Visa Card?"

If he like President Ford he would probably ask to use one of the Secret Service Teams VISA card.

All that, and he still can't seem to stop spending money we don't have. Bush had that problem too...but Obama has it twice as bad. Maybe they both should've taken more math classes?

Do you think it was Columbia or Harvard that he learned about the other 7 states? ;o) Larry

There is smart and then there is knowledgeable. I'm sure Obama is knowledgeable, but my seven year old is smart. He's a straight A student, but he knows he can't spend money he doesn't have.

Just a reminder. "Little Bush" (as the Chinese call him) made a 1.2 trillion dollar tax cut to the wealthy in 2001, then shortly afterward started two wars, the cost of both will eventually coast well over 3 trillion. I'll betcha even the 7 year old could figure that out! It will take MANY years to overcome the damage he did. Obama is a cheapskate compared to Bush, and incidentally, BOTH wars still go on! JC

Didn't one of the wars get started on the Previous Presidents watch to distract us from Monica.

No, your wrong. Clinton did not start any wars. Bush started two. However Clintons security adviser, Mr. Clark, who stayed on, BEGGED "Condi" Rice to bring the AlQueda threat to Bush and Cheneys attention. They were not interested. The CIA also told them "Red lights were blinking". They ignored this also. The only war Clinton started was with his wife. JC

I think we are getting into the pot calling the kettle black arena. Pres. Clinton committed U.S. forces to Bosnia, Haiti, and Somalia. He called them peace keeping missions, but they were wars none the less. A couple of other things, the attacks on the Khobar towers, Kenyan embassy, the the U.S.S. Cole all were Al-Quida backed and the Clinton administration knew it, and the response was anemic cruise missile attacks on a couple of training camps.
This all being said, I am sick and tired of partisan politics. I long for the day when those in power are interested more in the will of the people and less on staying in power.
