Need new Laptop

I need a new laptop.

My main criteria are, in order:
Windows (sorry, I don't eat apples)
No Glossy screen (why are they so?)
No Touchscreen (what's that all about?)
1TB HDD (not bothered about SSD at the moment)
8Gb memory at least.
DVD/CD drive
2+ USB ports or more.

I don't do gaming, but need a good graphics card/motherboard to do video editing.


Any suggestions from fellow Taylorcrafters would be most welcome. I'm presently a HP user (and happy with them) but open to other suggestions.

I have been using Dell too but you want the Latitude series, not the Insperon if you travel with it a lot. The Latitude is a heavy duty case and keyboard compared to the Insperon and worth the extra money.
You also might want to consider a model a year or so old (but new). A LOT less expensive than the "newest" models and will have just as good performance if you don't do games. Seems the gamesters are the ones driving for max performance.

As a former IBMer that may be just because I spent a lot of time with them already.
