Why can't we get the software fixed on this forum?

It's been how many months that every time you post, it either comes up with a duplicate post or gives some error message??!!! Is there no fix for this????

John, I do not post often but have never experienced that. it would be frustrating for sure. I wonder how many others are dealing with this issue?

I just posted in another thread and everything work like it should, but I have also seen the error messages. Luckily I have never double posted.

I have the error quite often. Perhaps I post more often than many.

I also have the same problem on other Forums I frequent that use the same VB software as this uses.

There we go...two posts using the "leave this page" option. Not much that I can do about it, apart from deleting the duplicate post.

I don't see those posts as I just close out the forum when I am done. What I do get are different error messages almost every time I make a post. It will not take me back to the thread and looks as though it did not post my message. I learned to not post it again as I get double-posts. When I go advanced all of the lettering is jumbled and I have to dig through to the manage attachments part of the page through the jumbled lettering. I just work through it, but it is having some issues.

Marty: I do not know what the solution is. There may be different error messages according to Windows or Chrome or Safari or whatever.

My edit: Even just posting a simple reply to Marty's post I get a similar message (see attachment)

It might help in this case to have those with problems include the OS/Browser used. These errors are sometimes due to differences in common software such as Javascript that works differently in different environments.

In my case, I typically get the message of Robert's above, "Thank you for posting! You will now be taken..." at the end of any post.
I have never (to the best of my knowledge) had a double post. Now just watch this one show up twice...

Running Linux/Firefox.

I'm using Google Chrome if it helps. I have experienced this problem for so long I just ignore and work around it. I have never seen any of the screen shots you posted. My last post above indicated I couldn't make a post for 30 seconds because I had already made one. That wasn't the case. I just open another Forum window, make sure my post was made and close that Forum window. The Forum has been pretty buggy for awhile, I just work around it. No complaints by me, I didn't start this thread. Just trying to let you know what I am getting.

I get the "30 second rule" post every time I post...I'm on Windows 8 and Firefox. I also see lots of double posts....
