Where is the serial number stamped on to the fuselage?.....a fellow looked somewhere oi the left side of the cockpit on a bare fuselage and came up with a SN#, but I can't find one on mine.......

Look on the inside of your throttle control mount,the flat piece of metal that hangs down below the insturment panel that your throttle control,carb heat,fuel shutoff,etc. is fastened to,it should be stamped on the back side facing the gas tank,firewall,etc.

pre-war are on the door hinges plus the early ( Dec-Jan) BC12D. then they went to the throttle plate....Taylorcraft Foundation, Inc

What ever happend, to the Red 1977, F19 it belonged to MR.,George Dillon ,Windsor Ontario Canada.,
i know you did not know it was stollen ,at the time ,but thought if you had any leads that
George or his Son George JR, would be only to thrilled to know were his 1977 Taylorcraft F19 ,
ser #085 ,ended up, or if you had any idea ,or had heard any thing.Thank you for any help you
could render,dont get me wrong im not saying any thing bad about you as i know your a stand

On the backside of the rear throttle. As Forrest told me, that is considered as the whole airplane. Everything else is just parts attached to that throttle.Cheers,
