    In my opinion the number look like the one in the picture. Being that it was probably done after it became 'experimental, it may have been done by whomever thought it looked good that way. Just a thought. Looks nice, though.

        I know nothing about the placement of the ribs, but wouldn't there be a rib adjacent to the inboard end of the ailerons? Looks like there's an offset in the drawing.

          Size and spacing of numbers on the wings. This is from a factory drawing, but would be for a fifteen rib wing. The "1" would keep the 4 "spacing and stroke, but obviously not the same width as the other numbers and letters. On a side note, it looks like in the first picture Anthony posted the C in NC was made into the X on the bottom wing. The bottom curve of the C looks to visable.
