Fuel Shut Off Dificulties

The main tank (BC12D)fuel shut off is very difficult to move. We have dissasembled it polished the parts and re-installed it with no improvement. Just wonder if control rod or valve arm can be modified
for better leverage?

Did you put any Fuel Lube or I think the new name is EZ Turn lube on the parts. That is manditory maintenance on a Piper and it really works.
