Sounds like what I do with the WW-I designs I mess with. Design the cockpit first, then scale to fit the engine (if it is larger), then scale for the minimum wing area to make it fly. When I did that on the Bullet I had to grow the airframe so much to fit my lard butt I was lot BIGGER than the original plane! I should have just scaled teh cockpit up more than the rest like you did and I wouldn't have abandoned the idea.
Funny you put a 23012 airfoil on. So did I!
Any idea where any old Cassutt parts might be available? My welder really wants one.
