    Does anyone know where I might find the 1 3/4" & 3",
    rudder and aileron pulleys?

Called "RalmarK" as mentioned in another thread, But Jeff of "RalmarK" said that they were unable to produce or sell them to the public, only to the factory and the factory has not contacted "Ralmark" with current , PRODUCTION CERTIFICATE!

This should all be taken care of in a few months, is my understanding.

In the mean time, I have taken the old pulley ( made of pressed fiber of some kind) and had one made at the machine shop.

    waiting..........

      Rob,
The one that I had made turned out real nice, (they used a NYLON product).
Of course this shall have to be replaced as soon as the LEGAL one's are located.

Thank you for the lead on SAFE AIR>

Why would you need to replace it? Just comply with the requirements for an owner manufactured part. This is an example of the exact reason the rule was created.

          Honestly,
I have an A&P and IA who get real shakey when I mentioned this. They did not even want to verify my new seat belt harness, during last annual. Said, they did not see it, and if I wanted them in, I would have to do it!

So, I have kept it to myself (and now the world)!

                pulleys

I believe those were the p/n's of the pulleys they sent me as replacements.
