It's not Taylorcraft but here is a short video of the first startup of my Ford A powered Pietenpol. It was a momentous occasion for me and 12 years in the making. I know a couple of you here on the forum are Piet aficionados. Enjoy.

Re: First startup!
Robert,
2011 is my goal(however aggressive). Will you be at Brodhead for the Piet Fly-In? I am flying Cub-186 down from Hartford again to have some fun Saturday.
Terry,
I am still rounding up hoses to fly my 40 mile radius.MIKE CUSHWAY

Yes, I'm at Brodhead again for the Piet & Hatz fly-in...Mike Jones has again very generously made Ol' Blue available for me.
See you there.
Rob
I haven't been able to get Mike up in Ol' Blue yet. If you two have some time when you're there, be sure to get some Tcraft time for him would you please??Mike
