    $100 Alaska Pancakes

    Hey Gang,

    Erin (F-21B), Steve (F-21) and I (F-19) made a $100 pancake run up to Talkeetna on Saturday. It was a perfect early Spring day to go flying. Here is a video of the trip. Enjoy the ride and the sights!

    You know, I may have to bumb a ride to Delta to get my airplane, I think a stop in Tok for a dinner at fast eddies would have to be included. Tim

        I will have to go up and do a post winter inspection and drain the carb, gascolator and fuel tanks ahead of time. I will also have to get my fuel transportation tank fixed up so we can have gas available. Hope you use mogas, that is all I can get in Delta. Crowley wont sell avgas unless they approve of the filters and never sell to someone carrying cans. Tim

          Anybody hear this morning that the Dems are calling Governor Sarah a "Chill-billy"? They said it in an insulting way, but I think her supporters should turn it around on them and Alaskans should adopt the label. It's actually kind of neat. Almost makes me want to live in Alaska (in the SUMMER! I really don't get along well with snow.)
          Look how mad it made them when a lot of republicans started bragging about being the "Party of NO".
          All this name calling is down right stupid. Both sides need to start using it for their own game until ALL of the politicians start acting like adults.

            Hank...I agree. Vote them all out. I wish we could all get together and take our power back. I voted in our municipal election today. The polls opened at 8:00am. I voted at 6:00pm. We have about 200,000 eligible voters. I was voter number 354 in my precinct.

              Jim..We are down in Florida and I just saw your Talkeetna trip, looks cool. We will be at Fun and Sun on the 14th , Is your dad going to be there ?
