Forrest, Get yourself up to Oshkosh...I'll try to deal with the dying part...my brother is in the final week or so of his life...suffering from the effects of asbestos exposure in the Navy and work. Your burning daylight...get going!

Could you possibly order me up a set of 4 Bungee's for my F22A the part number you say is 1110 ? If you let me know the cost and how I can pay I will send the money to you. I have tried Univair and Aircraft Spruce plus UK sources with no joy so you are my only hope!
Thank you flyguy. they are a ton of money when ordered 4 at a time. I used to get a break at 50 that would be 12 sets plus 2. I could not sell them in a two year time frame. Lets see if Wag-Aero has them or will order a batch.
I suggested some time back we get together groups who use each part number bungee so we could work our way toward group buys of bungees and all of us replacing them together on a scheduled basis. It would be easier on the manufacturer if they had an idea that every "X" years they would sell "Y" bungee sets all at the same time. We could coordinate doing group replacements. Local fly-ins with the tools there would be a great excuse to get together and there would be plenty of help from other owners WHO KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING to do batches of replacements. I can tell you when you do something several times in a weekend you get REALLY good at it.
Our cooperation and scheduling will help us, help the manufacturer and give us a great excuse to get together.
I for one wouldn't mind doing an early replacement to get on schedule with my local group. Any one else?
Hank
