Generator cover C-85
I am planning on replacing the A-65 in my L-2B with a C-85-12F (just waiting on the STC to go through). To avoid having to re-route the exhaust system, I want to plug the hole where the generator goes and use a wind powered generator. Is anyone aware of or does anyone have knowledge of a part that will accomplish this. I can have a plate milled out of 3/8 aluminum stock but would rather purchase one already made. Thanks

I didn't know the exhaust went up the back of the engine accessory case! Strange......I have a gear driven 12A Alternator that attaches to the accessory case......nowhere near the exhaust......Richard Boyer

I believe this is the part you need. The box has the part number. This is an old photo from Ebay, and the price was too high...I ended up making 3/8 ali plates as you infer.
