DON'T use MEK or Toluene (they are about the worst two you could buy) in an enclosed space (or even in windless conditions outside!) I was trained as a painter in the Navy and we had a guy cook his brains with that stuff. Even plain old lacquer thinner is VERY dangerous in enclosed spaces. If you aren't using it with really good venting at least make sure you have a good cartridge mask with a good carbon VOC filter.

By the way, I DO use MEK and Toluene, but I use good respirators, good venting and use it outside wherever possible with NO ONE around to breath the fumes. I like my IQ where it is!
