  • 360° cockpit image

Sorry guys I didn't shoot this in the Tcraft but I do plan on it soon. This was shot this morning in my clubs Archer II. It's a complete 360° spherical image that you can move around interactively.

I'm going to try and shoot one in the Tcraft this weekend.

no funny comments about my arm missing! Trying to fly the plane and shoot a 360° image simultaneously is tough and the stitching software blended out part of my arm

Pretty neat! DJ. Only problem I'm having with it is that the plane keeps stalling out at 90' nose up instead of going over for the rest of the loop! ;-)

                  Very 21st century DJ, Thanks!

Keeping in the same genre...... those among us that remember our first box camera might enjoy this 360 degree silver print image.

Thanks DJ! But we do need to get you a proper Taylorcraft hat.

The National Air & Space Museum's Udvar-Hazy Center has done 360-degree cockpit photos of some of the aircraft and spacecraft in their collection, available here:

                        Nice Citation,

The Citation 500's I used to do avionics on were a pain, The heads on the screws to loosen the RCA avionics in the planel clamps were always stripping out before they got tight enough to keep the hot dog pilots from punching the buttons too hard and the com or the nav would slip through the pannel.

But at least my 6' 2" could move around in the Citation unlike the Lear or the Airspecial corvette.
