George call Jack Hooker, I know him and he is one straight shooter, also not afraid to show your bright guy where the bear sh*t in the woods. Jack has been doing this for a very long time and will get things right for you; he will have the paper work to show this crack pot you have working on your plane. I believe the paper work is included but talk to Jack at 815-233-5478. As I said "he is fearless". :boxing:

Did you show you AI the doucumentation from Hooker Harness Inc? Don't need A&P or AI. You can do it yourself. Has this AI ever signed off another Taylorcraft before? What is his background? Has he ever annualed a tube and fabric airplane?

My IA won't sign off the Hooker Harnesses in my Tcraft. Says unless he sees some documentation stating that the hooker harness can be installed in a Taylorcraft BC12-D he won't do it.


This annual on my plane is really beginning to depress me. Every time I turn around there is some other issue that can't be signed off.


So either I return the harnesses or wait until after the annual and illegally install them myself.
