      Re: Bungee Cover Pattern

I never piped up before because they are not for sale, I have a BC-65 that will need to go onto someday. However, if I can use them to get more made I will look into it. Naturally, we would have to build them in accordance to FAR 21.303.

absolutely, The pictures of the ones in Brownsville seem a bit wrinkled. I have loaned stuff out from here for copying ( owner produced) and just get a large deposit, refunded when they come back. Skip & I are in the shop thurs and will FIND mine!! the fiberglas & royalite ones work fine too.

I could sure use a set. The draft is getting cold.

I recently bought a pair from Timothy Wood of STL Aircraft Metal Arts in St. Louis. (www.liming.org/aircraftmetalarts; restores/fabricates cowlings and fairings) Not the cheapest at $85 plus shipping, but very nicely made from .025" 6061-0 aluminum, and delivered in just a week or two.

                Re: Bungee Cover Pattern

I have a new set I would loan out. I was wondering, after looking through these posts, is there any reason a male and female die couldn't be molded and used in a press? Would save some pounding.
