Im wondering if anyone has an answer to the new rule the FAA has come out with in September where no one other than a licensed A&P can work on a certified aircraft, no more supervised work by a non A&P unless they are present when the work is done. ? Meaning no repair or assisted annuals if the A&P isn't present, Not a happy scenario, for us, unwashed .in the wanting to have legal airplane.world

For now that ruling has been stayed, and I doubt it will come back.

Anyone can remove panels, and install if they are supervised, not an issue
