Tcraft BC1D prices.

Any thoughts on the going price for a fully restored BC12D. low time engine. near perfect condition. I am wondering why the hull should be insured for.

Champs of the same vintage are 25K and up

I think most aviation underwriters work on agreed value. Of course the higher the agreed value, the higher the premium.

Anyway I settled on $30k agreed value for the purposes of insurance.

Insure for as much as insurance company will allow. A light damage ground loop would total a tcraft if it got the prop.
