  • Old scintilla mags

Anybody out there who works on the old scintilla mags or knows someone who does? Mine work but would like them gone through before completing my total restoration of a 46 BC-12D with an A75 continental. Any other comments are more than welcome Thanks!!!

We have had Arn Air do some for us, and they seem to be doing well.

Thanks guys! I sent them to Savage Magneto and I'll let you know how they turn out. Had a great conversation with the owner who is 90 years old and still going strong.

If you are referring to the sf4 Lunch Box mags--- They are great and produce a huge spark until they don't. Coils give up and there doesn't appear to be any good ones out there.

I figured he had passed the company on.

He was working with someone in the field while I was talking to him, but he sounded sharp as a tack and had a great sense of humor.
