Gary, I am willing to learn and share, I just dont have any history on this prop, I bought it, measured the overall length and bolted it on. I have another Sensenich that I can do the same thing to, but it is not legal for the o-200, c90 yes but not the o-200, which I dont get...why they didnt approve it. Its going to the shop and hopefully I can find out why its not giving me static. Should go out on Friday or Monday, then back in 2 weeks.

Thanks Tim for taking the extra effort. Hopefully we can learn why it loads your engine more than the 74CK-43. It may as simple as Sen not certifying it for the O-200 via TCDS 1P2 because the O-200 wasn't originally available at the time. Ask them?

The Sen went +50 rpm per inch reduction in pitch - that's what Gerry at Dominion told me would happen. The Mac either loads the engine more at 43" due to overall lengthwise pitch distribution, airfoil shape, or is not 43" at the 75% station along one or both blades. Gerry told me that can happen out of the factory so they check them. Give Dominion a call and ask for their experience with that prop?
