    Koroseal is handy stuff!!
    A customer just mounted one of those antennas in the back of his Champ. We'll see how it works, but it's sure nice to hear at least a couple guys like them!

      Thanks for the name KoroSeal. That is exactly what I was looking for. I guess I knew that name at one point but could not even get close.

      It does melt against an exhaust, but I was thinking using it as a standoff with some rubber hose for a wire bundle. Koroseal seems to hold up longer than Tyraps against heat and time.

        No need for the hose. Wrap your two bundles loosely in a figure eight, then finish by wrapping the koroseal around itself between the bundles. The more raps you do here the more of a standoff you achieve. ( and the cut ends won't cut the back of your hands while you're working on something else in the vicinity!)

          As I remember it was a couple inches from the exhaust, but with 2800 CI running thru there it put off lots of heat fast, gary
