Not mine anymore, she now lives in Brazil. I had several Tcrafts but she was my Sweetheart. If a man can love a machine this was it. Merry Christmas to all my old friends & the new Tcaft members too!

Re: My '38 Taylor Young lives again!

Always called her Aunt B, she was a Taylor, a B model not a BL, BF or BC, she well old, sweet & I bought her in North Carolina. Delivered 79 years ago (Christmas eve 1938) 40 miles from here to Kellog airport, flew around Kalamazoo till 1941, sold to a guy in Oklahoma who hung it in a barn & went to WW2 & never returned. It hung there 50 years till a gent in TX found it & totally restored it to original in every way, color fabric, etc. It was 14th off the line & weighed 620#. I had several Tcrafts & the lighter pre-wars always flew better IMHO. Learned to fly in a '40 on ski's.
