  • Wheel Pant Flyers

    Hey all
Mark asked me for my pattern for the wheel pant outboard doublers and I couldn't find it so I made the sketch attached.

I made them a little larger (1/8") than I believe the originals were to hide the lines made by the original doublers on my wheel pants and increase the edge distance for the rivets.

Anyway, might come in handy if you're considering wheel pants.

Note: need to click on the PDF to get the sketch.
    Cheers

      oops
Found an error in the sketch which I've now corrected. The diameter of the main body of the doubler is 3.125"

Great looking wheel pants. Hopefully mine will look like that again in a few weeks...

Attached is a CAD drawing I did from a tracing Ryan sent me and what Scott did above by hand. Sorry for taking so long to post.
I did this on some shareware so I don't have a proper DXF.
