airforms baffling

    Little slow on the uptake on this thread.
    I had a look through my roll of patterns and found the one for the chin baffle but I threw out the one for the sump portion as it really didn’t work. I ended up measuring and sketching directly on the blank. I used 6061T4 primarily because I had it but it's also a little tougher but still soft enough to form around the spider.

    Anyway here's the front (chin) pattern if it's of use to anyone you should be able to scale print it using the ruler as a reference.

      I bought new Airforms baffles when I changed from the A65 to the C85. The baffles fit fantastically well.

      I have lots of pictures. I used the same crankcase baffle that was on the A65 with the C85.
