Manage attachements, then it has a popup box that you select the file from, then click upload file, then submit post.

I will be honest, I could not keep up with everything you posted and thought I would suggest one if you have not posted it. Here is one on cold weather ops. If you could open this and look at the pdf. at my post #33. I cannot remember how to attach a pdf.

I know it would take some time, but how about a index thread. Make it a sticky with the name of each document and a link to the thread thait is posted in. It would be kind of like a one stop shop to find what you need.
