Production Records

I am wondering if old production records are around. I have a Taylorcraft DC - 65 with serial # 4107, The production date is 12/5/41, the Friday before WW II started. Would anyone know if this was the last DC -65 produced before the war started ?

Probably only two people who do or may have known and one has passed away and the other isn't being active on here except when he feels like it.

Its in Chet's book. DC,DF,and DL production serial numbers are 4000-4199. I use to own 3394, 6th to the last prewar B Deluxe which was delivered Feb of '42.

Forrest would have that info. He does the B models anyway and probably for the tandems. Give him a call. His info is on the website here, or his www.barberaircraft.com. He can usually tell you when it was manufactured, when it was test flown and who test flew it.
