I went to a tent maker for material and made one up. I used the original (rotten) one as a pattern and had an upholstery shop sew it up for me. The shop had all the grommets and hardware in stock. Just make sure you get the high strength, un-bleached cotton canvas. The tent maker took one look at the old one and knew immediately what material it was. I think even the weaker stuff would probably work OK considering how rotten the old one was and it still supported my fat rear without a problem. Can't remember what I paid but it was WAY cheaper than ASS wanted and I left extra material on the front (where it wraps around the wood for adjustment) so I could lower the sling a bit for more head-room.

I agree with Rob.Aircraft Spruce has them for about 80 bucks.They come pre-made,just remove it from the box and lace it in place.
