    Re: my '46 BC12D. I've just removed a worn 6.00 x 6 tyre and see that the inner tube is 5.00 x 5. Is this normal and ok? Any advice appreciated.

    This is something that I have never seen or done, and as a A&P mechanic I would not do it.

      I agree completely. Seem like you would be able to see it walking up to it too

        People with the 26" Goodyear tires used an 850 tube for a lot of years. So it can and does happen. Tim
