B Model Fuel Tank Tie Rod Installation Torque

Hey Guys,
I am getting ready to install the nose tank in my '40 B Model project. Does anyone have any idea what the torque on the tank tie rods needs to be?

I never saw a torque value. You want to snug both up and NOT distort the fuselage. Pull one too tight and you will pull the nose out of square.
